Avtron Drive System upgrades can provide new digital drives, firing modules, MG set field supplies, industry-standard PLCs, operator displays (HMI), and joysticks. Installations throughout the world include some of the largest dipper, clamshell, and cutterhead dredges in operation.

Avtron can assist the dredge operator in optimizing production with three types of diagnostics: on board ADDAPT 2000 drive diagnostics, 24 hour remote diagnostic capability over Ethernet, or the new Avtron Performance View monitoring system.
